These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the "Agreement") govern the relationship between IE "YERDEN ABDYKARIM" (hereinafter — the "Administration") and the internet user (hereinafter — the "User") arising from the use of the website happyedu.kz.

Please read these terms carefully. Using the Site constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

1 General Provisions

The Site is intended to inform users about educational services, study abroad programs and the company's activities.
The Administration reserves the right to modify, add or remove items from this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.
Continued use of the Site by the User constitutes acceptance of the Agreement and any amendments made to it.

2 Intellectual Property

All content posted on the Site is the exclusive property of the Administration and other rights holders.

Protected objects include:

Texts, articles, photographs, videos, logos, site design, databases and program code. Use of materials without the written consent of the Administration is prohibited.

3 User Obligations

The User agrees when using the Site to:

Data accuracy

Provide only accurate and current information when filling out feedback forms and study applications.

Security

Not take actions that may be considered as disrupting the normal operation of the site (DDoS attacks, spam).

Respect for rights

Not use site materials for commercial purposes without the rights holders' consent and not infringe on third-party rights.

4 Limitation of Liability

Technical failures: The Administration is not liable for site outages caused by technical reasons.
External links: We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites that may be linked (university sites, etc.).
Important: Information about tuition fees, visa requirements and submission deadlines is for reference only and may be changed by the respective educational institutions or consulates. Final terms are always specified in the individual contract.

5 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disagreements or disputes between the Parties, a mandatory pre-trial procedure of submitting a written claim (a voluntary dispute settlement proposal) must be followed.

The claim review period is 30 calendar days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved voluntarily, it shall be settled in court at the place of the Administration's location (Almaty).
